Welcome to Rarefragrance.pk. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Rare Fragrance. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Rare Fragrance is a registered business operating from Nowshera, KPK, Pakistan.

2. Products and Services

We are dedicated to providing high-quality, authentic, and non-alcoholic perfumes.

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, images, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
  • Scent Perception: Fragrance is subjective. Descriptions of notes (e.g., “Woody,” “Floral”) are for guidance only. We do not guarantee that a scent will match your personal interpretation.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we offer or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide.
    • Online Payment: Secure processing via PayFast (Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, PayPak, JazzCash, EasyPaisa).
  • Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Coverage: We deliver to all cities across Pakistan.
  • Timeline: Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. During sales or holidays, delivery may take up to 7 days.
  • Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.
  • Delays: Rare Fragrance is not liable for delays caused by the courier service (e.g., Leopard, TCS, Call Courier) due to weather, strikes, or force majeure.

5. Returns and Exchange Policy

  • 7-Day Exchange: We offer a 7-day exchange policy for defective or damaged items.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable: Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken spray pump).

6. User Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our perfumes are made with high-quality ingredients and are alcohol-free. However:

  • Allergies: We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use.
  • Liability: Rare Fragrance is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Use at your own risk.
  • Usage: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images (including our product photography), and software, is the property of Rare Fragrance and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

8. Order Cancellation

  • By Customer: You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
  • By Rare Fragrance: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
