Shipping & Return Policy

At Rare Fragrance, we want you to experience luxury without hesitation. We understand that buying perfume online requires trust. That is why we offer a transparent shipping process and a customer-friendly return policy.


1. Shipping Policy

Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to all cities, towns, and villages across Pakistan via our trusted courier partners (Call Courier, TCS, Leopard).

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
  • Order Confirmation: You may receive a call or WhatsApp message to confirm your address before we dispatch the order.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. (Or state: “We offer a flat rate of Rs. [Amount] for nationwide delivery.”)

2. Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy allows you to return or exchange products within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The 90% Rule: We understand you need to spray the perfume to test it. However, the bottle must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the original content remaining. Empty or half-used bottles will not be accepted.
  2. Original Packaging: The product must be returned with its original box and packaging intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide your Order ID or receipt.

3. Refunds vs. Exchanges

  • Orders Under Rs. 3,000: You are eligible for either a Refund (Bank Transfer/JazzCash) or an Exchange for another scent.
  • Orders Over Rs. 3,000: For high-value orders exceeding Rs. 3,000, we offer an Exchange Option Only. We do not offer cash refunds for these orders, but we will happily help you find a different scent from our collection that suits you better.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return or exchange a product due to personal preference (e.g., you didn’t like the scent), the customer is responsible for the delivery charges regarding the return shipping.
  • Our Fault (Damaged/Wrong Item): In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, a leaking bottle, or the wrong item, Rare Fragrance will cover 100% of the delivery charges. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

5. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the “90% Content” rule.

  • Timeline: Please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to process your return or exchange after we receive the package.
  • Notification: You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your return is approved and the refund/exchange is processed.
